All material including any intellectual property in it displayed on the Site ("Content") belongs to Niki Keane Art or its suppliers. I, Niki Keane Art, hold all rights to all my artwork. This includes sold and unsold originals, commissions and prints. I do not permit my artwork to be resold or reproduced for profit, without my written permission. I retain the right to reproduce any piece of artwork I make.

Payment
Prices listed in the store are the final price per product, not including delivery. Delivery charges will be added during checkout. Payment can be made via Credit or Debit card and this site uses the secure Stripe payment gateway. Any local Customs or Taxes are the responsibility of the customer. An e-mail confirmation will be sent on completion of order.

Digital gift cards
Digital gift cards can be purchased via this website to pay for products in the store.
After purchase, customers will receive an email with a unique gift card code and instructions on how to use it. Once a customer gets a notification email with the gift card details, they can forward this email to the gift recipient. The recipient can use the gift card to pay for products in the store until the entire card balance is spent or the card expires (whichever happens earlier). Gift cards are valid for 5 years from date of issue.
A gift card can be used in multiple orders until it’s fully redeemed. A customer can see the remaining balance by clicking the "View Gift Card" button in the email or after applying a gift card at checkout.
If the order total is more than the gift card amount, the customer should pay the remaining amount using another payment method.
Customers can’t apply more than one gift card per order.
Discount coupons can't be used for a gift card purchase. If a customer applies a coupon code to an order, the discount applies to all the products in the order except the gift card.
A gift card can’t be used to buy another gift card.

Shipping
Delivery is made via An Post or other selected delivery providers. Cards can be shipped worldwide. Parcels can be shipped worldwide including Northern Ireland, but not to Great Britain (due to complications with Brexit). If you have any queries around this please contact me at niki@nikikeaneart.ie. Packages are sent via An Post Registered post - with signature for proof of delivery and tracking (depending on destination), or via international courier when required. Shipping cost is based on size and weight of package and this is calculated during the checkout process. Items are generally dispatched within 3-5 working days, although this my be extended during busy periods. I will endeavour to inform customers of any expected delays with dispatch. Please note that many countries are still experiencing major delays and restrictions with post, due to Covid. These delays are out of my control. Any local Customs or Taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns:
Change of Mind:
If you are unhappy with your piece or just change your mind, you may return the item for a full refund up to 14 days after receipt. You must e-mail niki@nikikeaneart.ie within 14 days of receipt of your order, return the item within another 14 days and a refund will be honoured after artwork is returned in perfect condition. Initial shipping costs will be refunded however the customer is responsible for paying return shipping. The customer may also be liable for diminished value costs if the item is not returned in perfect condition.
Exceptions to this return policy are commissioned and personalised works, which cannot be returned for refund.

Damaged items:
If an item is faulty or damaged on receipt, you must inform me within 7 days of receiving the item. E-mail me at niki@nikikeaneart.ie, with evidence of damage, for a full refund and return of item, at no extra cost to the customer.
